- National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
We are also an active and leading member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and wholeheartedly support its determination to improve standards across our industry.
A comprehensive approach
We adhere to high standards across all aspects of our business to ensure:
- robust financial management
- transparent accountability and value for money
- strict monitoring of maintenance contracts including regular visits
- stringent health and safety procedures
- compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- ongoing staff training
Award winning housing
We were triple silver winners in the prestigious annual awards ceremony run by the Association of Retirement Housing Managers in 2011.
We are particularly proud of these awards because they are judged by our customers via surveys carried out by independent consultants.
The results reflect Goldsborough Estates’ commitment to our customers’ best interests. The awards were for:
- customer participation in management and decision making
- Satisfaction with the overall service provided
- Value-for-money service charges
Many staff have also won Bupa Personal Best and Community Champion awards. In addition, our own regular resident surveys continue to show improved satisfaction scores.
Simon Crewe, Managing Director, was recently awarded the "Most outstanding retirement housing manager in the UK in 2011" and "Most oustanding retirement housing manager in the World in 2011" from a shortlist of 12 International candidates.
