All have 24-hour emergency call facilities and most have a resident House Manager.

These are located in a wide range of locations, from central London to coastal areas and historic market towns. Each development has its own distinct character, ranging from a community of 67 properties to a cluster of just six bungalows.
Retirement housing
Living in one of our retirement housing developments gives you the best of both worlds: secure, independent living with help at hand if you need it. Plus, you will have the opportunity to socialise and make new friends in the comfortably furnished communal lounge. A well-equipped laundry room, fully furnished guest suite and landscaped gardens are also among the facilities provided.
Assisted living
All our assisted living developments are located close to a Bupa Care Home. This option is ideal if you wish to maintain your independence, but you or your partner would benefit from the support of extra services such as cleaning, laundry, meals, hairdressing or physiotherapy. You also have the peace of mind of knowing that help is always at hand.
