In November 2014 we were short-listed "finalists" in the prestigious the Negotiator Awards, in the Property Management Company of the Year category.
We were also awarded "Most outstanding retirement housing manager in the World 2014 and also UK 2014" by Over 50's Housing Weekly at an awards ceremony attend by representatives from the UK, America, Canada, Holland and the Philipines.
At the Elderly Accommodation Counsel's (EAC) Awards 2017 Michelle Buccilli, GEL's Sales & Legal Manager was proud to accept an award for 'Pre-Sales Information' provided to our Leaseholders and incoming residents, prior to and during the sale transaction. This includes providing details of fees payable to the Landlord/Managing agent along with the Estate Agency fees incurred during the sale process. Goldsborough Estates pride ourselves in the level of transparency we provide to our customers with regard to leasehold property information.
